1. Shielding efficiency:
The shielding performance of shielded laboratory can satisfy level C's standards for "general technical requirements and testing methods of military electromagnetic shielded laboratory" of GJBz20219-94.
Its shielding efficiency as following:
Magnetic field: 14KHz≥ 75dB, 100KHz≥ 90dB, 200KHz≥ 100dB
Plane waves: 50~1000MHz≥ 110dB
Microwave: 1~10GHz≥ 100dB
2. Shielding shell adopts steel plate with 1.5mm. All-welded hexahedral structure, it's good in mechanical performance and stable in component. Welding adopts tungsten argon arc. Its heating area is small and the welding seam is good in oxidation resistance. The shielding steel plates are all prefabricated and the four sides are folded for 30mm. They're full-welded by argon arc welding on keel by segment. Skeleton structure of shielded laboratory adopts inner frame structure, taking rectangular steel of 50mm× 25mm× 1.5mm as skeleton, welded with shielding plate as an entirety to let the weight of laboratory distributed uniform and its structure solid.
(1) Shielding door: Shielding door is the key equipment of shielded laboratory. Adopting single flat open airtight door, it's light and convenient, safe and reliable and nice and elegant. Its shielding performance is good. The door cover adopts matt stainless steel.
(2) Filtering and isolating device: All power lines, control lines and other pipe lines entering the shielding laboratory should mount filtering and isolating device. Power line and signal line individually adopt power and signal filter and waveguide tube to deal with shielding. Cable enters shielding room through cut-off waveguide tube.
(3) Ventilation waveguide: Adopting hexagonal honeycomb ventilation waveguide window, adopting vacuum brazing, having excellent shielding efficiency and mechanical strength, small air resistance. According to vertical and horizontal dual polarization test, the shielding index is higher than level C' standards of GJBz20219-94. Air inlet and air outlet individually coordinate with ventilation waveguide window and exhaust fan of which the specifications are 300mm× 600mm, forming forced circulation system to finish interior ventilation.
(4) Reliability: The design of shielded laboratory fully uses absorption and reflection function of metal plate to electromagnetic wave and adopts advanced domestic shielding technique such as filtering isolation to let this shielding project best in performace and price. High shielding index and power line filtering with high insertion loss, all signal lines adopt advanced filtering technique and fiber converting technique to deal with shielding. This let shielding room can prevent the interference from external electromagnetic field to system while preventing radiation causing information disclosure. It guarantees the safe operation of system. The main materials and equipments used in shielding laboratory have "three certificates" and conform to related national standards and rules of technical documents. The design of shielding room is reliable. There's no need to mend its performance in three years. Conforming to requirements of GJB's regulations, it passes the requirements that its repair conforming to GJB.
(5) Insulation: When shielded laboratory doesn't connect with ground wire, the insulating resistance between it and ground wire is less than 1mΩ .
